This writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief :
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 03.12.2019, passed by the Member/Magistrate Bal Kalyan Samiti, Bareilly where by the corpus detained in Nari Niketan Bareilly.
Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.4 Superintendent of Nari Niketan Bareilly be directed to produce the corpus before this Hon'ble Court and set her liberty."
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners want to withdraw the writ petition and, therefore, it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
