On the matter being taken up today, in response to the order dated 10.02.2020, the office has placed the report submitted by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Varanasi dated 17.03.2020 alongwith copy of compromise dated 06.02.2020.
The appellant is present in the Court. Counsel for the respondent has handed over a draft bearing no.379296 amounting to Rs.5,00,000/- to the appellant.
In one chorus, it is submitted by the parties that they have settled their dispute in terms of said compromise.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of compromise dated 06.02.2020. The same shall be treated as part of the decree and accordingly the office may proceed.
