Learned counsel for the Insurance Company is present. None has appeared on behalf of the claimants.
Presently, the Insurance Company feels that the matter is covered by the judgment of the Apex Court and, therefore, it does not wish to pursue this appeal. The officer of the Insurance Company has filed an application for withdrawal of appeal and the officer of the Company has been identified by Advocate, Rajesh Kumar, which is part of this order. It is being withdrawn. The appeal is deemed settled as withdrawn.
Requisite Court fees as per Legal Service Authorities Act, 1987 would be refunded to the appellant (s) as the matter has been settled in the Lok-Adalat.
This will bring to an end lis between the parties. Let this order be communicated to the Tribunal along with its records.
It the award under challenge has yet not been satisfied, the same shall be satisfied within one month from today.
Any amount in the present appeal including pre-deposit may be remitted to the Tribunal towards satisfaction of the award.
Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
