The learned counsel for the Insurance Company has instructions to convey to the Court that the Insurance Company is satisfied by the award and as per the judgements of the Apex Court they do not wish to litigate.
Further, court fees, if paid be refunded. Statutory deposit, if not remitted to the Tribunal be remitted to office within four days from today. The amount kept in fixed deposit be released in favour of the claimant as these are old appeals.
