By way of this appeal the appellant has sought enhancement in the award passed by the Tribunal.
Both the parties have decided to amicably settle the dispute on the condition that the appellant would be entitled to additional sum of Rs.25,000/- with interest at the rate 6% over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal.
The additional amount be deposited within 12 weeks from today by the Insurance Company with interest at the rate of 6%.
In view of the above, this appeal is disposed of.
We are thankful to the learned counsel for the parties to amicably settle this very old matter.
