In terms of the application filed by Sri M.N. Siddiqui, learned counsel for the appellants, Authorized representatives of the Insurance Company, matter has been amicably settled in terms of the memo of compromise dated 03.10.2021, wherein, it is agreed that the Insurance Company shall pay in addition to the amount awarded by the Tribunal vide its judgment and award dated 13.02.2003, a sum of Rs.2,90,000/-(two lakhs ninety thousand) alongwith interest @ 3.25% from the date of award over and above amount awarded by the learned Tribunal as final settlement.
Other terms and conditions mentioned in the memo of compromise shall be applicable. Copy of duly signed consent form be treated as part of this order.
In above terms, Appeal is disposed off in full and final satisfaction of the parties moving compromise application Order Date :- 3.10.2021 Ravi/-
