As per the report received from Sri Kaushlendra Yadav, District Judge, Shahjahanpur, S.T. No. 380 of 2012 was decided by the court concerned on 5.04.2018.
In view of the fact that criminal case has already been decided, therefore, this Revision challenging summoning order under Section 319 Cr.P.C. has lost its relevance for the present.
In view of the above, this Criminal Revision is dismissed as infructuous.
