Sri H.K. Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist is present in the Court and stated that he does not want to press this revision and the same may be rejected as such.
Learned counsel for the revisionist has not been able to point out any illegality, impropriety or incorrectness in the impugned order which may persuade this Court to interfere in the same. The impugned order reflects judicial application of mind. This Court does not see any good ground to take a different view than one that has already taken by the Court below. No interference is required by this Court.
The revision stands rejected.
