Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Yogeshwar Rai, State-Law-Officer, for the state respondents.
Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Infomration Report dated 23.02.2021 in Case Crime No. 36 of 2021, under Sections-452, 323, 506, 504 I.P.C., Police StationShivkuti, District-Prayagraj.
Shri Yogeshwar Rai, State Law Officer, on the basis of instructions states that final report has already been submitted in the present matter and as such the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed as infructuous .
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
