Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA.
Present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to the respondents not to interfere and disturb in the peaceful life of the petitioner and his family; for a direction to the respondent to provide safety and security to the petitioner and his family and for a further direction to the respondents to register the FIR of the petitioner.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA has submitted that in the present matter report of police has been submitted and as such the writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
