By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime no.94 of 2020 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469 IPC, P.S. Dankaur, District Gautam Budh Nagar.
Learned A.G.A. submits that the First Information Report has been lodged only in the month of March 2020 and police authorities are under the obligation to do the investigation fairly and expeditiously and if the investigation has already not been completed, the same would be done at the earliest.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the police authorities/Senior Superintendent of Police, Gautam Budh Nagar to ensure that the investigation of the said case shall be concluded fairly, impartially and expeditiously.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
