Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned AGA.

This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:-

(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 24.3.2021, passed by District Magistrate/respondent No.2.

(ii) Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

The Court has proceeded to examine the record in question and find that the District Magistrate, Saharanpur, while passing the order dated 24.3.2021, in Case No. D202109600001062 (State Vs. Vinod Sharma and others), under Section 14 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Nagal, District Saharanpur, has accorded leave to the petitioners to file an objection/representation within three months from the date of knowledge of the order.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to apply for appropriate remedy as permissible under law and in accordance with law.

The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.

The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
