Sri Patanjali Misra, learned A.G.A. states on instruction that against the petitioner nos. 2 and 4 charge sheet No.209/21, dated 03.07.2021 has been submitted before the concerned court. He further states that name of the petitioner nos. 1 and 3 has been excluded since in investigation commission of offence by them has not been found.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition has become infructuous and is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous.
