Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri G.P. Singh, learned AGA.
Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 12.04.2021 being Case Crime No.0137 of 2021 under Section 363 IPC, P.S. Tarya Sujan, Distt. Kushi Nagar and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA on the basis of counter affidavit filed on 14.7.2021 has contended that in the present matter the Final Report has been submitted on 22.6.2021 and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
