This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 21.6.2020, being Case Crime No. 254 of 2020, under Section 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act, Police Station- Maudaha, District- Hamirpur."
Mrs. Archana Singh, learned AGA-I, has raised the objection regarding the maintainability of this writ petitioner on the ground that the charge-sheet has been submitted in the matter.
In view of aforesaid, the cause for filing this writ petition is not surviving. Dismissed as infructuous
The party shall file computer generated copy of order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by it alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (s) (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number (s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked before the concerned Court/Authority/Official.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of the computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
