Learned A.G.A. states that short counter affidavit has been filed on 16.04.2021, which is not on record.
Office is directed to trace out the same and place it on record.
Learned A.G.A. has produced a copy of the short counter affidavit and submitted that Charge Sheet No. 163 of 2021, dated 15.03.2021 has already been submitted in the matter and, therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said position.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
