The Court has been informed that the sole appellant Shiv Bali Singh has died in the year 2014 and in this regard Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banda has submitted his report dated 05.01.2021.
The aforesaid report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banda is in accordance with Circular Letters No.15/2005, VIII-119 April 19, 2005, and 04/admin g-ii dated Allahabad 18.01.2017.
In view of the aforesaid report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banda the appeal is dismissed as abated.
Office is directed to remit back the lower court record to the concerned court.
