The Court has been informed that the sole appellant Dharam Dutt has died on 27.12.1996 and in this regard Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etawah has submitted his report dated 18.09.2018.
The aforesaid report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etawah is in accordance with Circular Letters No.15/2005, VIII-119 April 19, 2005, and 04/admin g-ii dated Allahabad 18.01.2017.
In view of the aforesaid report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etawah the appeal is dismissed as abated.
Office is directed to remit back the lower court record to the concerned court.
