The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 10.12.2020 passed in Writ Petition No.11478 of 2020 (Smt Savita Devi Vs. State of U.P. and others).
An affidavit of compliance has already been filed. From perusal of the affidavit of compliance, it is clear that the order of writ court has already been fully and duly complied with.
This fact has not been denied by Sri Kedar Nath Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant.
In view of the above, no further order is required.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
