Today when the matter was taken up, Sri P.K. Giri, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, has filed an affidavit of compliance wherein in paragraph nos. 7 and 8, it has been specifically mentioned that by order dated 15.05.2021 passed by the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Lalitpur, the applicant has been posted as officiating Ziledar in the office of Ziledar III, Irrigation Division, Lalitpur. Further by order dated 25.06.2021, he has been given the salary of the post of Ziledar. Copies of the orders have been brought on record as annexure No. 1 to the affidavit of compliance. He further states that the order of Writ Court dated 05.08.2019 has been complied with.
In view of the above, contempt petition has become infructuous and same is consigned to record.
