The instant contempt petition has been filed for flouting the order dated 18.12.2019 passed in Writ (C) No. 42156 of 2019, for expediting Case No. 04597 of 2018 (Computerized Case No. T-201805440204597) (Santosh Kumar Sahi Vs. Shailesh Mishra), under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously, within a period of three months.
Upon perusal of the record, it appears that there is no wilful or deliberate disobedience on the part of the opposite party in complying the order of this Court.
In view thereof, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
