The instant contempt petition has been filed for flouting the order dated 23.1.2020 passed in Writ Petition No. 2524 of 2020.
From perusal of the record it is evident that there is no wilful or deliberate disobedience on the part of the opposite party in complying the order of this Court.
In view thereof, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
