This bail application has been preferred by the accusedapplicant(s), Sanjay, who is involved in Case Crime No. 687 of 2020, under Section 304 I.P.C. P.S.- Muradnagar, DistrictGhaziabad .
Learned counsel for the applicant(s) in support of his prayer for bail submits that the applicant(s) is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that during course of investigation statement of informant Vikrant was recorded by the Investigating Officer. There is no motive of committing the alleged offence. The applicant has not previous criminal history and has been languishing in jail since 28.09.2020.
On behalf of State bail has been opposed.
The F.I.R version is well supported with the statement of the informant and in postmortem report of deceased 11 antemortem injuries are mentioned and cause of death is shown as head injury associated with multiple fractures.
