- Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record.
- The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant - Rizwan with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. - 123 of 2021, under Sections - 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Sections 51, 63, 65 of the Copyright Act 1957, Sections 103, 104 of The Trade Mark Act and Section 26 of the Food Safety and Standards Act 2006, Police Station Chhatta, District Agra, during pendency of trial.
- Having heard learned counsel for the parties, at present:
(i) against FIR lodged on 8.9.2021, the applicant is in confinement since 09.9.2021.
(ii) the applicant claims to have cooperated in the investigation. In any case he is not shown to have unduly evaded arrest;
