- Heard Sri Onkar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Saurabh Kumar, learned counsel for the informant and learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record.
- The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant - Shubham with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. -367 of 2021, under Sections -363, 366, 328, 506 I.P.C. and Section 11(4)/12 POCSO Act, Police Station -Nai Mandi, District -Muzaffarnagar , during pendency of trial.
- Having heard learned counsel for the parties, at present:
(i) the applicant is accused of offences under Sections363, 366, 328, 506 I.P.C. and Section 11(4)/12 POCSO Act;
(ii) against FIR lodged on 09.08.2021, the applicant is in confinement since 10.08.2021;
