This is a bail application on behalf of the applicant Aadil in connection with Case Crime No.115 of 2020, under Section 3/5/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Garhi Pukhta, district Shamli.
The submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is quite innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case with the ulterior motive. He submitted that the coaccused Islam has been admitted to the concession of bail by another Bench of this Court by order dated 18.11.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.38472 of 2020, copy whereof has been annexed on page no.21 of the affidavit, filed in support of the bail application. He claims parity. He submitted that the applicant is languishing in jail since 10.12.2020 and in case, he is released on bail he will not misuse the liberty of bail and will cooperate in the trial.
