Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case on false facts.The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case on account of that the applicant has refused to provide the house to a police personnel on rent. It is also contended that applicant has neither concern with the alleged bank nor he is employee of the bank. The name of the applicant appears on the confessional statement of co-accused Pawan and Satish. It is further submitted that Rs. 5,25,000/- cash has been recovered form the possession of the applicant which is applicant's own money. It is next submitted that similarly placed co-accused Tarun Mahajan has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 18.8.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 30314 of 2021, therefore, applicant is also entitled to be released on bail on the ground of parity. Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed forth before the Court. The circumstances which, according to the counsel, led to the false implication of the accused have also been touched upon at length.It has been assured on behalf of the applicant that he is ready to cooperate with the process of law and shall faithfully make himself available before the court whenever required. The applicant has three criminal history which has been explained in paragraph No. 22 of the bail application. Applicant is languishing in jail since 22.4.2021. He undertakes that he will not misuse the liberty, if granted, therefore, he may be released on bail.
