Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in case crime no. 178/2020, under Sections 498A, 304B, 316 IPC and section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Rampur Karkhana, DistrictDeoria is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial.
This is the second bail application and while rejecting the first bail application the Court is expected from the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of 8 months. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that all the witnesses of fact have been examined and all of them have turned hostile. The Court is not in position to appreciate the hostility of the witnesses. It is expected from the learned trial court to take up this case on priority and conclude the trial within next six months from the production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation, the present bail application stands REJECTED .
