Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A.
Learned A.G.A. at the outset, submits that the police, after investigation, has submitted the charge sheet after recording the statements of the victim Miss 'X'. In the statement recorded under section 161 and 164 Cr.P.C., complicity of the applicant namely Ritesh Sharma@Mintu Sharma found false and accordingly, his name has been dropped.
Keeping in view this development that name of the applicant has been dropped, there is no threat to be arrested by the police.
Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application stands dismissed as infructuous.
