Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in case crime no. 629 of 2020, under Section 307 IPC, P.S. Sikandra, District- Agra is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial.
Applicant is named in the FIR, who has been attributed the role of ambushing the attack upon the injured with other accomplices. Injured persons have attributed specific role of assault upon the applicant. The medical too corroborates the prosecution case.
After perusing the record, I find no good ground to grant indulgence in favour of the applicant, accordingly, the present bail application stands REJECTED .
