This bail application has been preferred by the accusedapplicant(s) Shadab Khan who is involved in Case Crime No. 7 of 2021 under Sections 354 Kha, 452,376,511 I.P.C. P.S.Madhuban Bapudham District-Ghaziabad.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has falsely been implicated in this case. The applicant is the tenant in the house of victim informant. The victim is a major. No alleged offence has been committed by the applicant. The applicant has been languishing in jail since 10.1.2021 and has no criminal antecedent.
Learned AGA opposed the contentions made by learned counsel for the applicant.
In the statement under section 161 and 164 Cr.P.C., the victim has supported the FIR version. Learned counsel for the applicant has filed a supplementary affidavit in support of his tenancy.
