This second bail application has been given by the accused applicant Hansraj in Case Crime No. 515 of 2019, under Sections 302, 404, 411 I.P.C., P.S.- Kotwali, District -Jhansi. The first bail application was rejected in absence of the applicant.
The F.I.R. version is that the father of the informant who is deceased in this case, at about 10 a.m. in the morning went keeping with him Rs. 17 lakhs in order to get executed sale deed of flat no. G-6 of Pitamber Enclave. When his father did not return till 4 p.m. and his mobile was silent, the informant talk to the friend of his father Abhay Aggrawal who came to him and went with him in Pitamber Enclave, where he found that the flat was locked from outside and when the lock was broken, the dead body of Balveer Prajapati the father of the informant was found inside. In the F.I.R. three accused persons were named and it was alleged that they committed murder of the deceased.
