This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant Satish Singh Chauan @ Seetu, in Case Crime No.1049 of 2017, under Sections 147, 12-B, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station-Kalyanpur, District-Kanpur Nagar.
At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the charge sheet has already been filed in this case.
As such, learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that he would like to withdraw the anticipatory bail application provided that a direction be issued to the learned court below to dispose of the bail application of the applicant, if given, expeditiously on the same day.
In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application is rejected as withdrawn.
A direction is however given to the court below that in case applicant sand gives bail application, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously and preferably on the same day in accordance with law.
