The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Ram Gyan Gupta, Durgesh Gupta, Heera Gupta, Sandeep Gupta, Shailesh Gupta and Lavkush, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 497 of 2020, under Sections- 147,323,504,506,452 IPC, and section 3(1) (Da), 3(1) (Gha) S.C./S.T. Act Police Station- Pataherawa, District- Kushi Nagar, during pendency of trial.
The applicants are not entitled to be granted anticipatory bail. The offences alleged are prima facie made out from the allegations in the FIR.
