Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant Saifullah in Case Crime No. 1066 of 2020, under sections 498A, 323, 420, 504, 506, 377 I.P.C. and section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S.Naubasta, District - Kanpur Nagar.
At the very outset, learned AGA submits that after investigation charge-sheet has already been filed.
Learned counsel for the applicant has made a request that a direction may be issued to the court below to consider the bail application when given on the same day and the application for anticipatory bail may be rejected.
In view of the request made above, Anticipatory Bail Application is rejected as not pressed.
A direction is however given to the court below that in case applicant surrenders and give bail application, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously and preferably on the same day in accordance with law.
