Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

The instant Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicant, namely, Subhash @ Subhash Singh, in Case Crime No. 307 of 2020, under Sections 392,506 I.P.C, Police Station Jawan, District Aligarh.

There is allegation in the First information Report that applicant had beaten the sales man of the petrol pump and snatched Rs. 19,557/- from him. General role has been assigned to the applicant and four other co-accused. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that there was tampering in petrol dispensation unit and lesser petrol was being given and on account of this the dispute took place.Applicant has been falsely implicated in this case

Applicant is already on interim anticipatory bail by the order dated 1.02.2021. The order is confirmed. The applicant shall remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on police report, if any, under section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on the same terms and conditions as given in the order dated 1.02.2021.

The anticipatory bail application is allowed.
