Counter affidavit has been filed by the learned AGA, which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the applicant does not want to file any rejoinder affidavit.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
This anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in case crime No. 273 of 2019, under Section 3/7 Essential Commodities Act, 1955, P.S. Khampar, District Deoria.
At the very outset, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the interim protection by way of interim anticipatory bail has been granted in favour of the applicant.
After taking into consideration of the relevant fact, it reveals that the counter affidavit does not make a case for her and there is no order of reversal of the said interim protection. The only fact which has been mentioned in the counter affidavit is that charge sheet has already been filed.
In view of the above, the protection granted earlier by way of order dated 24.2.2020 shall continue till trial.
With the aforesaid observation/direction the interim anticipatory bail application is disposed of .
