Submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is that the F.I.R. version is that the franchise for selling Ice cream was given to the applicants by the informant during lockdown and the said business was closed by the applicants, annoyed by this, the informant registered the F.I.R. making false allegations that certain articles have not been returned by the applicants and without giving any prior information they have closed the business which resulted big loss to the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is that if total version of the F.I.R. is admitted, even then, the maximum case which is being made out is with regard to civil liability for which other forum is available to the applicant but informant is creating pressure over the police to get the applicants arrested and the police is incumbent and regularly chasing the applicants to arrest, any how, they are running away the investigating process. It is further submitted that applicants have no criminal history and applicants are prepared to furnish surety and bond, there is no possibility of their either fleeing away from the
