Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

Applicant- Iliyas Nat seeks anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 119 of 2021, under Sections of 3/5-A/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, P.S. Gopiganj, District Bhadohi.

As per the allegations made in the FIR, it is alleged that from the truck, which is said to be owned by the applicant, 27 cow cattle has been recovered.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is wholly innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive.

Per contra, learned AGA has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and has submitted that 27 cow cattle has been recovered from the truck of the applicant, as such, no case for anticipatory bail is made out.
