Sri Swapnil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has become infructous due to compromise entered into between the parties and with regard to it a withdrawal application no. 2 of 2021 has been filed by him. The petitioner has also filed affidavit in support of the withdrawal application in which it has been mentioned in paragraph nos. 3 and 4 that the said compromise has been filed before the District Judge, Agra.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructous.
