Heard Shri Yashwant Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. Perused the record.
By means of the present application the applicant is seeking his anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.243 of 2016, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 452 and 427 I.P.C., Police Station-Nichlaul, DistrictMaharajganj.
Learned AGA submitted that the charge sheet has been submitted in the matter on 16.05.2016.
Accordingly, the case for anticipatory bail for the applicant is no more survives and accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is hereby REJECTED .
However, if so advised, the applicant may invoke appropriate remedy for the redressal of his grievance.
