At the very outset, Mr. Prashant Kumar, learned A.G.A. submits that applicant was arrested on 13.5.2021, as such present application for anticipatory bail has been rendered infructuous.
Learned counsel for applicant does not dispute the submission urged by learned A.G.A.
In view of above, present application for anticipatory bail is dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
