Heard Sri Zafeer Ahmad, learned counsel for applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present application has been filed by applicant/complainant for seeking direction to court below for expeditious disposal of Case No.1770 of 2016 (State of U.P. Vs. Sardar Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No.472 of 2015, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Colonelganj, District Prayagraj (Allahabad) pending in the court of Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad, within a stipulated period.

It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that criminal case filed by applicant is pending since 2016 and on account of delaying tactics adopted by opposite party nos.2 to 8, who are accused in criminal case, the case could not be proceeded.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, learned Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad, is directed to decide Case No.1770 of 2016 (State of U.P. Vs. Sardar Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No.472 of 2015, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Colonelganj, District Prayagraj (Allahabad), preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order, unless there is any legal impediment.

With the aforesaid directions, the application is disposed of.
