This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 8.3.2007 passed in Cr. Case No. 6149 of 2006 under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Civil Lines, Moradabad. Further proceedings of the aforesaid case are also prayed to be stayed.
This application was filed in the year 2007 and the matter appears to have lost its efficacy due to efflux of time, moreover none has appeared on behalf of the applicant to press this application.
In the fact and circumstances of the case, this application is rejected as having become infructuous.
