This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Case No. 46 of 2006 under Section 307/506 I.P.C. P.S.- Fatehpur Sikari, District- Agra and the order dated 23.3.2007 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Agra. Further proceedings of the aforesaid case are also prayed to be stayed.
This application was filed in the year 2007 and the matter appears to have lost its efficacy due to efflux of time, moreover none has appeared on behalf of the applicant to press this application.
In the fact and circumstances of the case, this application is rejected as having become infructuous.
