Heard Sri Abhishek Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

Present application has been filed by the applicant seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad to conclude the complaint Case No.160 of 2017(Smt. Nisha Gupta vs. Kuldeep Gupta and another) under section 406 IPC, Police Station Khoda, District Ghaziabad, within a stipulated period.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the complaint case against the applicant is of year 2017 which is pending disposal and could not be proceeded due to lingering tactics adopted by opposite party No.2 and only prayer is to direct the Court concerned for expeditious disposal of the same.

Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer made in this application.

Without going into merit of the case, it is appropriate that the above complaint Case be decided expeditiously.

In view of above, the Judicial Magistrate/Court concerned, Ghaziabad is directed to expedite and conclude the proceedings of complaint Case No.160 of 2017(Smt. Nisha Gupta vs. Kuldeep Gupta and another) under section 406 IPC, Police Station Khoda, District Ghaziabad within one year from the date of production of copy of this order.

With aforesaid direction, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of.
