Heard Sri Amit Kumar Chauhan, learned counsel for applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the complainant/applicant for expeditious disposal of Session Case No.118 of 2020 (State Vs. Shyamraj Tiwari) arising out of Case Crime No.675 of 2019 under Sections 328, 323, 504, 506, 346, 376 I.P.C., P.S. Karvi, District Chitrakoot.

It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that on account of lingering tactics adopted by accused/opposite party no.2, the case could not be concluded and it is pending since 2020.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, it is expected from the learned court below to expedite the matter and conclude the trial as early as possible without granting undue adjournment to either of the parties preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order, unless there is some legal impediment.

With the aforesaid directions, the application is disposed of.
