The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking to quash the entire proceeding of Complaint Case No. 1493 of 2020 (Gajendra Pratap Singh vs. Pooran Lal), under Section 138 of N.I. Act, P.S. Gursarai, District Jhansi as well as summoning order dated 23.12.2020 passed by the Judicial Magistrate/Civil Judge (Junior Division), Garautha, Jhansi.
Sri Kripa Shankar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is desirous of making deposit of the amount as per terms of the order dated 23.12.2020 issued by the Judicial Magistrate, Garautha, Jhansi and accordingly the prayer for quashment of the aforesaid order in the present application is not being pressed and a prayer is made that the application be dismissed.
Sri Jhamman Ram, learned AGA has no objection to the prayer so made.
The application stands accordingly dismissed.
