Pursuant to the order dated 16.03.2021 a report dated 20.03.2021 submitted by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Kushinagar at Padrauna is on record which is indicative of the fact that the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been dismissed in terms of an order dated 16.03.2021 after recording that the parties have agreed to live together.
Sri Mukesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicants submits that in view of the aforesaid, he does not wish to press the application any further and that the same may be dismissed.
Sri Jhamman Ram, learned AGA has no objection to the prayer so made.
