This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to expedite the proceedings of Complaint Case No. 2649 of 2018 (Gopi Nath Versus Gauran Kumar and others), Police Station Govind Nagar, District Mathura, pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathura.
I have gone through the records and find no good ground to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid complaint case.
In view thereof, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to approach the court below by making an appropriate expedite application. In the event such an application is made, it is expected that the same shall be heard and decided, in accordance with law.
